Job Summary:

  • Provides complete administrative support to the Workload Planning department. Creates and maintains multiple schedules for field installations. Coordinates installation dates with customers and subcontractors as needed.

Primary Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinates scheduling of work in conjunction with Workload Planning Unit
  • Delivers friendly, courteous and responsive service to internal and external customers, exemplifying our corporate mission and values
  • Maintains department schedule
  • Tracks statistics and works on special projects

Knowledge:

  • Must demonstrate superior PC skills, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced environment; handle multiple work assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Competencies:

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Over two years related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training experience.
