Role and Responsibilities
  • Independently partner with the business  to define, document, oversee and implement full life cycle processes, procedures and standards for BGE HOME systems
  • Independently work with business to develop business process flows, document requirements , and test plans
  • Be a process and application functional expert in Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP
  • Utilize SQL skills to assist the Business Process team
  • Manage the EDI reconcilement process
  • Lead users in testing
  • Lead small projects independently
  • Lead cross functional teams and manage contractors for short term efforts
  • This position requires the ability to solve problems, both operational and technical
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience, performing business analysis, process design, creating requirements and specification documentation and creating test plans. 
  • Advanced analytical capability
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders including internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team.
  • Ability to lead cross functional team
  • Ability to manage contractors on short term projects
  •  Ability to multi- task and handle competing priorities.
  • Professional certification in one of the following or an additional 3 years’ experience working on projects
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
    • Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
  • Ability to coach and lead the business in developing and maintaining process documentation
  • Knowledge of databases, Oracle and/or SQL
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • MS Office suite, Visio, Project, and Azure DevOps
Preferred Qualification and Skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
  • Experience with contract, billing, field service, CRM and ERP systems.
