The Principal, Partner Digital Acquisition Channels is responsible for owning and managing the partners and strategic relationships that will constitute the Constellation Partner Digital  initiatives for both residential and small commercial customer acquisition.  The Supervisor will manage the ongoing oversight of partner sales organizations and campaign executions in a manner that is consistent with our brand values and professional ethics.  Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for the strategy and execution of multiple geographic and product sales initiatives.  This includes defining and managing the geographic rollout of multiple partners as well as owning the requirements framework and prioritization for all sales campaigns in a defined market or partner relationship This role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to determine the requirements, timing, and delivery of various sales campaigns.  This role directs the development and execution of launch plans, resource planning, and partner relationships that enable the delivery of new products, services, and applications.  Owns the sales effectiveness and profitability for the partner channels across all markets




Manage the development and execution of launch plan for new channels, campaigns, new products and services, manage the partner sales relationships in order to achieve the sales objectives   

Collaborate with marketing and product teams internally and externally to coordinate the day to day campaign and product support for the channels                             

Manage and communicate the feedback from the partners and channels to improve support and campaign execution.                

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers and channel sales teams to bring initiatives to life.

Deliver high quality enrolments and scalable campaigns.  Develop, track and measure quality  and compliance metrics in order to maximize long term scalability and profitability of the channel.                            



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 10+ years’ work experience in energy, technology or a service-related business

  • Proficient-level use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of sales functions including competitive analysis, customer requirements, pricing, and operational support

  • Ability to understand and build relationships with external partners

  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with others

  • Proficient Digital Marketing Understanding
  • Proficient knowledge of IT and Operational Systems for effective Partner Support and Marketing campaigns                               



  • Advanced degree business or marketing
  • Previous sales management experience
  • Mass Markets Retail Energy Industry Experience

                The position will work closely with members of the Sales, Finance, IT, and other departments.  The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in both Marketing and Business.  Ideally the candidate will possess direct experience in working with digital product development and channel programs.
