Job Description



This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sales enablement efforts for our Mass Market sales and marketing channels. The Sales Enablement manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving project efforts and delivery of technical solutions that advance our sales efforts, improve business processes, enable innovation and growth, and create more effortless customer and partner experiences.


  • Collaboration with IT leadership, business stakeholders, as well as project and development resources as primary cross functional liaison to drive execution of work supporting MM Sales Enablement.     

  • Lead Sales Enablement personnel who manage vendors, prioritize and drive project initiatives, user acceptance test plan coordination and execution, and change management for Sales, Marketing and Care functions.                           

  • Responsible for tactical execution of technical work through Agile Development framework. Effectively communicating Product Manager vision and providing product owner oversight and prioritization.            

  • Assist with driving SMB API development and integration across channels enabling accelerated growth and flexibility for continued evolution and expansion.                             

  • Stabilization of existing enrollment platforms and driving successful implementation of go forward architecture allowing for more reliable Digital hub and API platform and simplified partner integration.                   

  • Assist with driving SMB API development and integration across channels enabling accelerated growth and flexibility for continued evolution and expansion                              

  • Continuous business process improvement, process automation related to sales processes, tools and systems.                                

  • Coordinate with cross functional department stakeholders regarding project efforts, problem identification and resolution and appropriate prioritization of work.                    

  • Oversee support and successful project management for Third Party Verification process and tablet technology software including vendor mgt and integration with internal systems.

Work Experience Requirements:

•             Bachelor’s Degree

•             Minimum 10 years of business experience

•             Minimum 5 years leadership experience

•             Strong background in information technology

•             Proven project management skills

•             Proficiency with the entire MS Suite. Advanced MS Excel skills preferred.

•             Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross functionally

•             Demonstrated excellent communication skills
